Payment and Delivery

ORDER
Feel free to browse through our web-pages. Click on the desired articles in the desired size and subsequently click ‘order’. The desired product has now been added to your shopping cart; when you are done shopping please proceed to the check-out counter for payment. Please see ‘payment’ for further details. You will then receive a confirmation of your order on your E-Mail address. We handle your personal data with the utmost care! We merely need them to process your order and provide you with the best possible service. Your personal data will not be submitted to any third party!

PRICES

The prices on our website are in euros and are including VAT, but excluding shipping costs! These shipping costs differ per country and are automatically added to the amount whilst paying at the check-out counter.  We reserve the right to adapt pricing as well as shipping costs.

Buckaroo uses the safest payment techniques ensuring safe payments. All transactions take place in an encrypted SSL connection.



You can pay with Brink & Campman using the following methods:
o    CREDIT CARD payment: MasterCard or VISA (Your credit card payment are protected by MasterCard SecureCode/Verified by VISA)

o    iDEAL - virtual electronic payment – only available in The Netherlands


DELIVERY
We deliver our goods in The Netherlands, Belgium, Germany France and Denmark. Residents of other countries may contact us via info@BrinkandCampman.com. Delivery in The Netherlands takes place within 1 week after receipt of payment. In other countries delivery takes place within 2 weeks after payment.  Delivery times are indicative and not binding.
Deliveries will take place on working days between 9 AM and 6 PM. We cannot provide an exact time of delivery. Should the first delivery attempt fail you can plan an appropriate delivery date or change the delivery address on the website of our transport company. Our transport company will make maximum 3 attempts for delivery without any extra cost. After 3 attempts we are forced to charge the minimum freight cost of €15, - and a new appointment will be made for delivery. Please make sure that there is somebody present on the scheduled delivery date to receive the goods. We deliver our goods to the first door on the ground floor. The lorry/van is typically staffed by one person. You are responsible for any transport within the premises. You are also responsible for calculating whether the goods delivered can actually enter through the passageway.  All goods remain the property of Brink & Campman until the moment of delivery. After delivery we are no longer responsible for goods going missing ore goods being damaged. Should the goods be on their way to you they can no longer be cancelled. When you order more than one product we reserve the right to make multiple deliveries.

SOLD-OUT

We keep stock of many articles in many sizes in our warehouse and we strive to have a constantly up-to-date stock-list. Unfortunately it can occasionally happen that a certain article is sold-out. In this case we will notify you as soon as possible via E-Mail and we will look for a different solution.



EXCHANGE

Should you wish to exchange an article already delivered you should report this fact to us within 8 days after delivery. Our transport company will get in touch with you for the return of the goods; pick-up may only take place on working days between 9AM and 5PM. You may also drop-off the goods with a DPD-depot near you (see www.dpd.com for information). The goods need to be returned to us within 14 days after delivery. Please make sure that the goods are properly packed (for instance in the original packaging). Should we receive the goods damaged we cannot refund the purchase amount. At the moment that we receive the goods in good order we will refund you the purchase amount, we will however charge the nominal return cost. The return costs for the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany are 20,00 euros. The return costs for all other European countries are 40,00 euros.

COMPLAINTS

We naturally hope that you are satisfied with your purchase. Should this not be the case we urge you to contact us within 48 hours after delivery. If it is evident that we are responsible for any defects in the goods delivered we shall, on our own discretion, take back, repair or exchange the goods. Small, inevitable discrepancies in quality, finishing and shading, are no grounds for complaints. Our products are predominantly hand-made, for this very reason we cannot accept differences up to +/- 5% in size as a complaint. We are committed to displaying our rugs colour-wise as correctly as possible. Monitor settings on computers and lap-tops do however influence colour, for this reason any misconception regarding colour cannot be grounds for complaints.

ANNULLMENT
Brink & Campman reserves the right to dissolve the sale/purchase in the following cases: 

o    In case of wrong pricing or information with a product

o    In case the order article is no longer in stock

o    In case we cannot make a delivery on the address indicated by you. You are responsible for the correct data entry on the delivery address.

Should we dissolve the sale/purchase we will inform you by e-mail and reimburse the full amount of your purchase. We are in no way obligated to pay any extra compensation for discomfort or disappointment.
